Municipal Court

Municipal Court meets the second Monday of each month at the Four-Room School Building, 211 Veazey Street.
Peter J. Rice, Jr. is the Judge of Union Point Municipal Court
Sharon Sellers is the Clerk of Municipal Court.  Yu may contact Ms. Sellers at 706-486-4102.  If she is not available please contact Deborah Yearwood at the same number. 
Union Point Municipal Court does not accept personal checks for bonds or fines.  They must be paid with certified funds or cash.
